We are having open faced roast beef sandwiches, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. I started the roast in the crock pot last night before dinner and it has been filling the house with yummy smells. I can hardly wait.

yum! sounds great. We have a very busy Wednesday schedule, so it's Taco Bell for us. But last night we had dijon-seasoned salmon fillets with baked new red potatoes, green beans, and then ice cream sundaes for dessert.
Tomorrow night we're having something with hamburger, and it won't be meatloaf. That's as far as I've gotten.

What time did you say dinner was?? Wow sounds great, we are just having burgers on the grill, i make them Mexican style with sour cream and salsa on it with pepper jack cheese, instead of having potato chips out of a packet i thought i would make my own by thinly slicing potatoes and cooking them slowly in some olive oil with a sprinkle of garlic and herbs and cook them til they are nice and crisp...
