there is too much deception in the relationship and if i were you i would walk. if you are with the right person there is no secrets. i can't believe you would even think that is worth being with him. when he doesn't want to show you off that is bad. who knows maybe he is gay. either way what he is doing is disrespecting you and you should know there are so many men that would treat you the way you should be treated. good luck

It was absolutly wrong of him to introduce you as a "good friend". You are not over-reacting at all. Give him the cold shoulder until he takes you with him to the car dealer and makes it public that you are his lady. Something is very wrong with this situation and I would keep an eye out to see what chicks work at that dealer.

Maybe he doesn't take you to the car place coz he already told the guy you were his friend & doesn't want to look like a fool now. Abt the work thing, maybe there were ppl around whenever he didnt say he loves u....could be a lil awkward u know, sayin i love u when ur colleagues can overhear u.
You obviously love the guy to be engaged to him....so don't jump to conclusions on this. Inter-racial relationships are a bit more complex...you've got to look beyond the skin. But if his behaviour keeps up like this, you need to talk to him. Give it time though, before saying anything. And if it ever comes to that, be calm & rational. Good luck.

Girl, you are not over reacting. It was wrong of your fiance to introduce you as a good friend and you should let him know that. Ask him straight up if he is ashamed of your race and why he is treating you so different when in public or at work.

I think you are over reacting. Maybe the car dealer acted a little too friendly for your boyfriend. Maybe he is busy at work, or there is someone else there that he doesn't want them to know his business. Relax.

Please DO NOT just accept this. It is a form of mental and emotional abuse to treast you in that manner. . . He clearly DOES NOT deserve an intuitive and itelligent Indian woman such as yourself. . .
BELIEVE ME I KNOW. . . . fck the car dealer anyway. . . why car what a "car dealer" thinks anyway . . . and clearly your should be ex-fiance's opionion ought to be obsolete as well.

If he isnt proud to introduce you as his fiance in public then you should know what kind of relationship you have and if you are satisfied with it.
