I'm curious as to why any Muslims extremists would think they are still fighting it.

Not sure if its mentioned in the text but don't muslims think there was a split in heaven when Adam was created? Something about Allah wanting all beings to worship Adam and Satan refused and led a revolt. Some angels sided with Satan and some with Allah. Those who could not decide were sent here as humans to make their decision. Something like that, I'm probably butchering their theology.

what war in heaven? in heaven there's no wars.


and Muslim extremists fight because of politics not religion.


why did Al Qaida choose the US in particular? knowing that they were pretty good friend back in the 80s?

and why did they attack London particularly after the UK has sent troops to Iraq and Afghanistan?
