I had a dream that I ran-in-to my ex-b/f of 2 1/2 years at our old apartment but in my dream we both had other people that we were seeing. I haven't seen anybody since we broke up and this is the first dream that i could remember in months.

While I would not make big plans based upon a dream, I would say that you are ready to move on. Just the fact that you could see yourself with someone else is a good sign.

When you can remember your dream then there is a message in the dream for you. It is time that you moved on with your life and what is in the past is in the past. You both were with someone else so that should let you know right there that he is not the one for you. Pray about it and ask God to reveal to you the meaning of it. Just pray about it. I hope it all works out for you.

Your dream doesn't necessarily mean that much, but it might be reflecting your fear that he has moved on to someone else when you still haven't and you wish you are moving on. So go move on ! Meet some new guys, have fun, meet someone better ;-)

You should probably move on, unless you think that the feelings you still have for this guy could work out...Cause if your dreaming then its obvious that you still have feelings for him. Just confront him or get over it...
