Okay... Here's my two ideas:
1. Photographic reflexes... The character can watch a person move and instantly be able to reproduce the movement. Their training time would be short because they would only need to understand how to intergrate the system, and listen to the teachers lessons in tactics and strategy.
2. The person has the ability to absorb the memory and skills of another through touch.

Since it's fiction, make something up. Really, there's no practical way to do this as most arts claim to take years to master. There are multiple experts out there. Fedor is a black belt in Sambo and Judo, for example, and Anderson Silva is an expert in Muay Thai and Jui Jitsu. But there are thousands of styles and substyles and each master has his own techniques. Essentially, no human person could reasonably do this.

Of course! As a young, aspiring author myself I know that the only thing that can ever hold you back is being self-conscious and believing people when they tell you you're too young. If writing is what you want to do and you've found a story you really love to write then it will get finished and be full of passion that will make it an amazing piece. Fifteen is not at all too young to be a goos author, as long as you really have been doing it for along time and read on a regular basis then your vocabulary and grip on the English language should be good enough to write a successful story. Best of luck (:

We don't need any more of that flashy bullsh!t. How about keep it simple, brutal and down to earth? Watch "Soldier" with Kurt Russel, they have the most realistic fighting style out of all movies I seen.
beside that, many so call "martial artists who train only for peaceful purpose" will want to kill you if you make a such story.

sent by the government...
he could be wet wired with a computer processor in his brain. it could act like a virtual memory of what he learns and it maps out the body movements and thoughts, so that when activated by a spike in adrenaline, feeds the mind and nerves with impulses. so he would have fast reflexes. it could also over-ride the effects of fatigue or drugs/alcohol and allow him to go that bit longer or resist drugging.
it is similar to the matrix but probably a little more realistic with tech going the way it is. you could add a twist by making him go multiple personality due to the processor becoming more and more operational and he starts forgetting who he is (maybe like a Bourne Identity theme). could bite the hand that feeds him.

Muay Thai, sprinkle a bit of Ju-jitsu and a dash of kung-fu.
That would make him an all-rounder capable of kicking anyone's azz...

maybe the way neo did in the matrix. or he could just be born with this special ability to learn things just by looking at it. like me. I learned to play the guitar in two weeks without any teacher or anything. I just picked it up, and started playing it. :)

Watch "The Matrix." The original one has a scene where Neo learns them all.
