Start with a search at The Missouri State Board of Medical Examiners.
This should show whether any Dr in Missouri has been reported,investigated and punished.

if you want to find out about one then you can start by searching the name on the internet, if you find something it may cost you a little, otherwise you could hope that talking to the office manager directly they should be truthful, good luck
