i currently work out at a gym but my contract ends soon and i am looking to work out at home. i am into building muscle and strength. will resistance bands help me build strength and size?

Resistance bands arent really meant to build bulky muscle, but lean muscle mass and strength. They are AWESOME for that. The con though is making sure youre doing everything correctly, otherwise, it's VERY easy to hurt yourself. I would recommend working out in front of a mirror.

If your goal is bulky muscle, more like a body builder than a swimmer, you should invest in weights. You can get a weight set from Target or Wal-Mart for reasonable prices.
