Well, married now so this doesn't count for current events.
I treated girls that were game-players like -- well, I didn't actually treat them at all as any time investment their way was a waste.
AKA I ignored them, or if I figured out that a woman was playing games I dropped her like a hot potato and told her why.

Is your question..."how can you treat girls that like to play games with guys?" If so, my answer to that question is to avoid girls that like to play games. Don't get sucked into the play....avoid, avoid, and avoid. You have the option of not playing and that's what I would do. It's a losing proposition no matter how you look at it--and it won't help you attract the kind of girls you really want.
