With anything I purchase, first thing I look at is price, second is value (what am I getting for that price).

Buying a car is the most excruciating experience I can think of.

1) They'd have to have EXACTLY what I want in stock.
2) They'd have to let me test drive the car more than just around the corner. I want the car for 2 hours minimum.
3) Offer me free maintenance for minimum 3 years.
4) Meet MY price.
5) Don't waste hours of my time showing me other cars I've not interest in. When I walked in I gave you a configuration of exactly everything I want in and on the car. If you don't have it, tell me and I will find someone who does.
6) DO NOT offer me an endless list of add-ons. If I wanted them I would have put them on MY list.
7) I don't need nor want your financing. With my stellar credit history and score I can do much better with my banks.
8) See that hottie showroom girl .... she goes with the car or I won't buy it. (ok so that's really just a dream)

P.S. - I despise sales people. There should be a law that allows us to off one every few minutes.

A dealership here sometimes advertises that they don't check credit and will finance anyone with a job... "your job is your credit!" says the ad. I think that will get a lot people with bad credit to buy......

Personally, I look for ads with new cars selling for under invoice. Some dealers offer free gas cards, prizes and vacations but I never go. Not worth it to me.
