any airline people around?what do you like most or hate most?

I reached asistant station manager,doind loashits,ramp and so on
now I'm in the town office,I can't say I love it,except difficult ticketing.
Why airport people can't adapt to town offices?

hate most= overload and bad weather

Hate most=crashing

Airline people are weird to begin with. It's a whole sub-culture of aviation itself madeup mostly by people who havn't a clue WTF they are doing but just show up for work each day.
