Hi all need some advice. Where i work theres been this guy ive had my eye on and thought he liked me but havent had the guts to do anything as of yet. The thing is weve had three new starters. Ive had to train one of the gals up and hes trained one of the others. The thing is he went to the office shop with her just before he went to move jobs to the office next door which was a few weeks ago and today they went to lunch. Im not overly worried as she has a boyfriend but i just wanted peoples opinions. Have i blown my chance or is she just over friendly

Forget her, she is trying to learn her job. But if you are that interested, then why don't you ask him, How about going out to eat after we knock off? That will be a start. or bring him a sandwich for lunch, Say to him, how would you like to join me for lunch? I hope everything works out for you!

Don't leave it too long to make a move. My current partner did that with me and i ended up in a relationship with someone else for three years. But when it ended we did finally get together and this last year of my life has been the happiest so far. So all's well that ends well but she was kicking herself for those 3 years wishing she had done something sooner.

I dont think you blew it because there was nothing to blow. I dont think he's interested in you that way. It didn't take him long to be going out the the new girl for lunch right ? He could have asked you too if he was interested.

Don't over think this situation. If she is in a relationship then it should be fine. If they are both flirting then you should be careful because that means he doesn't respect relationships of others. Be careful.
