Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

cut down on bread and sugar completely. Try eating brown rice instead of white, eat low gi food, and exercise and power walk alot. Start at 25 mins, build up to 1/2 an hour and in 2 weeks do 1 hr every day. In addition to that do an hour of work out concentrating on ur target areas. Dont eat after 6, a persons metabolism rate slows down. When u do loose the weight u can starting eating a bit of sugar and having a bit of bread. Dont under eat, and have foods like green apples and walm water and lemon in the morning.

Here's a crazy diet I came up with that really works for me:
Breakfast: yogurt, 10 baby carrot sticks, sliced apple.
Lunch: tuna fish on crackers such as Melba toast or saltines (mix the tuna up anyway you want, put a hardboiled egg in it if you want for extra protein)
Dinner: chef salad
or regular salad with a palm size portion of steak or chicken or ground beef on top
or a bean and cheese burrito and yes, you can put a small portion of sour cream and guacamole on the burrito
or a lean cuisine frozen meal
The hardest part is getting through the breakfast. With in three days, you will get use to the strange breakfast and even start to crave it when you wake up. Sounds bizarre but it's true. This diet allows me to lose 10 pounds a month without exercising. I have a bad back so I can't exercise. I can't imagine what you'd lose with exercise.
I hope this helps and good luck.

A change of lifestyle. Eating right and exercise are just part of
it. The rest of it is changing your lifestyle. How you eat,
Otherwise all you do is yo-yo diet. lose weight and then gain
it back. So on and so on.
I keep a journal of my eating habits. it helps me track my calories.
I keep a fitness journal too to track my activity.
Different methods work for different people.
It all depends on your level of commitment.

Don't eat any starches like white bread, rice. Eat more veggies and protein and exercise. There is no get-thin-quick remedy. Your body has its own metabolism, just work with it.
