Why so many? Do you know that the main ingredient in Meth is ephedrine. I am guessing you like the high it is giving you. I am concernded that you could be affecting your heart. Ephedrine speeds up the heart. I would research the dangers on the Internet. I would not continue to take that many all the time, unless your doctor told you too. I would slowly try to cut back, and if you like the feeling they give you than try to monitor it and cut back to only using them on the weekend, if quiting is not an option. The best of luck to you.

Adverse effects
Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are more common with systemic administration (e.g. injection or oral administration) compared to topical administration (e.g. nasal instillations). ADRs associated with ephedrine therapy include [3]:
Cardiovascular: tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmias, angina pain, vasoconstriction with hypertension
Dermatological: flushing, sweating, acne vulgaris
Gastrointestinal: nausea, appetite loss, anorexia
Genitourinary: increased urine output due to increased blood flow
Nervous system: anxiety, restlessness, confusion, insomnia, mild euphoria, mania/hallucinations (rare except in previously existing psychiatric conditions), delusions, formication (may be possible, but lacks documented evidence) paranoia, hostility, confusion, panic, stereotypical behaviour ('obsessive compulsive' or repetitive tasks such as cleaning, grooming, organizing items arbitrarily) agitation
Respiratory: dyspnea, pulmonary edema
Miscellaneous: dizziness, headache, tremor, hyperglycemic reactions
The approved maximum daily dosage of ephedrine for use as a bronchodilator is 150mg, as specified on the packaging of the bronchodilator and expectorant combination, Bronkaid, made by Bayer pharmaceuticals.
Overdose can lead to death, although the approved dose is not likely to cause severe reactions when used as directed.
Ephedrine can also lead to damage of the brian receptors over a period of large usage this is because of its constant action on the nuerochemicals. It also leads to high increase in blood pressure which over time can lead to damage in the blood vesasals.

Yea probably i mean effies are so bad for you and 60 a day thats pretty retarded. Ive never taken them personally but i did have some pill popping problems when i was younger. Taking that many pills a day will rot out your stomach which will lead to cancer.

Risks are the same as with any amphetamine, heart attack, stroke, heart disease, etc. Why are you doing that to yourself?
