The best tattoo to have if you're in a band is one that you will love for the rest of your life.
Bands are like women, they come and go but tattoos are forever!

Something that symbolizes who you are, what you stand for or your culture. Research your family name for a crest or your nationality for a symbol. Maybe even a religious one that stands out in your memory. Anything goes with tats. As long as it's something your happy to look at and talk about everyday. Until you get something else tattooed over it!
I myself have a flaming corndog with my nephews nickname on the bun tattooed on my right forearm. He died at the age of 4 from a rare form of Leukemia but requested this specific tattoo (on his deathbed before going into a coma) as a memorial for himself.
He was super fly like that!

Dude! Enough with all the "best tattoo" questions!! Everyone's idea of "best" is gonna be different. If you're considering getting a tattoo weather it be of a name, because your in a band, whatever the reason...it should be something YOU want! My "best" tattoo is the one I have of my kids' names, but I really doubt thats something u would consider for yourself. But just in case their names are Tasia and Shiya.... Good luck to u.

none....just because you are in a band doesn't mean you need obe....keep your body clean and free...i love my boyfriends body...no scars no tats...it showed me he didn't need to be like everybody else...
