It depends on how tall you are and what your body mass index is. I'd go in for a physical with your doctor and talk about it.

Well personally you may ... It does depend on your height ... I am a 45 year old male - 6' 2" tall and 31 days ago I weighed 251 pounds and was a size 42 in pants and yes I needed to lose weight as my gut hung over my belt and I was embarrased to tuck in my shirt (It wouldn't stay tucked in anyway or I would get that belly button popping out between buttons). I say 31 days ago because that's when I personally started a healthy and natural no diet weight loss plan along with a natural and healthy energy drink. As of today (day 31) I am down to 227 (24 pounds) and I have lost 2 3/4" in my waist and I am now in 40's but there a little loose as well. But I must confess, my stomach is now basically flat and I can now tuck in my shirt without embarrasement and my shirt will now stay in place ... Praise The Lord <><

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It's really up to you and your health. If you are a health 250 and are ok with it the go forward with life. But since you are asking you must have some doubt about it. So no one can really answer that for you. Only you know whats best for you and your life.

how tall are you?
How are you built? large frame? Small frame? in between?
Are you athletic or do you sit on your butt all day?

It depends on a lot of things.
