Personally for me it was in my waist as my gut that hung over my belt is now inside my belt. I also noticed it in my facial area mainly my double chin has shrunk. I lost 24 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist (I am currently on day 31) using a natural and healthy no diet weight loss plan along with a natural and healthy energy drink

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

it varys on everyone, some say their clothing will fit looser and better, others will notice it around the abdominals, others in their legs ETC....and also other people will start to notice the weightloss and thats a good thing atleast you will know that you are doing something right to be losing weight and not gaining it, what you should do is get a camera and put on some clothing that will stick to your body so you can see every part of it or if you want in your under garments or bathing suite whichever you prefer and take different pictures of yourself and put it into your computer then every month around the same date take more so that you can compare the pictures and notice the changes in yourself thats what i do and it really helps to notice that you are losing weight..

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

i cannot answer for myself cause i am a scrawny little person but when my husband goes on diets the first place i notice weight loss on him is in his cheeks....he has gorgeous high cheek bones and they start showing when he starts to lose weight!!!! Not sure if that is true for everyone but with him it is very true!!!

The face first, then the neck, and then from there down towrds you feet. The waist/hips take a while, I have thunder thighs from weight lifting as a very youg adult. Any who participates in running, gymnastics, football,hockey, ect.ect. are prime canidates for large (muscular) thighs. Swimming builds very long and lean muscles.

Loosing of weight can be observed generally around the waist when you are putting a belt but particularly it is detectble on the buttocks.
