Hey if your at work and your hands and feet are dirty but your hot then it is a turn on, but for callous and corns means that your not into taking care of yourself and that is a turn off. Just a personal preference

Just see a doctor about it. I am sure you don't mean for your feet and hands to look this way and it doesn't make you some kind of a freak. I know it probably gives you low self esteem. I had a wart on my hand for a while. After many a treatment it finally went away but while I had it I felt dirty and nasty. We can't control these things though and it doesn't mean you are dirty. Just get it taken care of and things will be fine. And you know, a Real man doesn't judge you buy something you can't control. My husband didn't file for divorce because of my wart. If that happened a lot of people would be divorcing, lol. Who knows what is under a persons sock you know. Nobody is perfect. We're just human. Take care.
