Quit complaining. If you didn't do the crime in the first place then you wouldn't have to go see the probation officer. That means you would have nothing to complain about and life would be rosey and clean. Since you did the crime, got caught and didn't go to jail shut up and deal with the officer who is doing his job.

You write a letter to the PO's supervisor. Make sure you get it certified mail so they can't say it was never delivered. Just be prepared to be shut down if you don't have proof of your accusations. Unless this PO has repeated complaints, you probably won't get anything....but a hard time from their office. Remember---you are the one having to be on probation and only you can get yourself out of that situation by not committing a crime again. You're lucky to be on probation.

Go to the police station, ask for a grievance form, write a statement, swear it, turn it in, in person and ask for a receipt.

And don't listen to the cops in here who perpetuate the abuse mentality by making you feel guilty about filing your complaint, or accuse you of being a criminal. It is your legal right to request a formal inquiry.

Start with the probation department, the police deptment probably wont have the forms you are looking for.
