I didn't myself but my mom did the whole Nutrisystem thing and lost about 70 pounds in a little over a year.so it does work but it wasn't cheap either with the weight counselling and the food I believe my mom spent around 4 thousand dollars CAN and once she got off of it she gained a lot of the weight back if you really want to lose weight I would recommend talking to a dietitian or a nutritionist and start a regular fitness routinefind a gym that is women only that's what my wife has done and she likes it whole lot better because she is tiny and fit she doesn;t like the guys gaucking at her. Plus it is probably more comfortable being around ladies only.
