the answer to this riddle is HOLES. you can see them. but you cannot feel them or touch them. and when put in a barrel it takes weight away and makes it lighter. hope this helps

If you smash the crap out of the barrell it becomes Liter. If you put a whole bunch of holes in it and through it out the window it becomes liter, or is that just dumping?

a hole or light...light would make the barrel "lighter" (not liter)
