the gospels were all authored by eyewitnesses (Matthew , Peter for Mark , Marry for Luke, and John) or people with access to eyewitnesses (like Mark and Luke)
He knew the hearts of men,
2 Chronicles 6:30
then hear from heaven your dwelling place and forgive and render to each whose heart you know, according to all his ways, for you, you only, know the hearts of the children of mankind,
after He died re raised Himself
John 2 'tear down this temple and in three days I will raise it again" human enough to die... divine enough to raise himself
of course ALL the apostles (exceptJudas) who witnessed the resurection went to their deaths holding to the story... the watergate people wcouldnt keep their stories straight for like weeks before breaking
of course the Romans made grave robbing a capital offense... something big happened... the curtain of the temple tore.. the day became night... and the goodnews was preached!!!! The preponderance of evidence says Jesus died and rose and there were eyewitnesses around to easily invalidate if there was no empty tomb etc etc...

He did not use His deity while one earth, He used the Holy Spirits.
Everything He did that consisted of a miracle, raising the dead, turning water into wine, etc. etc. was done under the annointing of the Holy Spirit.
And the Holy Spirit was the One who raised Jesus Christ from the dead.
And yes, Jesus always gave the credit and glory to God the Father in Heaven
Whenever Jesus prayed, say in the garden for hours and hours as He did, He was praying to His Father in Heaven = YHWH.
The God of Jesus is YHWH and none other !!!
There are no vowels in the Hebrew. Out of respect and love the Isrealites/Jews call Him Hashem, because to pronounce the Name of God is so Holy !!!
God's Name is YHWH according to Jesus and the Jews and Christians and people that have the Truth.

I think He used it alot, He knew Nathaniel was sitting under a tree when Philip asked him to come see the Messiah. All the miracles came through His power. He already knew the woman at the well had had five husbands and wasn't married to the one shewas living with at that time. How could He not use His deity? It must have been as much a part of Him as breathing, but He chose to be a man for our sakes.

There's no evidence that jesus was "divine" in any way except for the gospel stories. And keep in mind, those stories were written long after he was gone, 30 to 50 years after, and none of the authors of the gospels ever met him in person. It's a pretty good bet that the "miracles" and the story of him rising from the dead were made up and written down after he was gone in order to perpetuate the cult that had built up around him.
The only independent source of historical record that ever mentions jesus, Josephus (a Roman), mentions that a Jewish prophet named jesus was put to death by the Romans -- and nothing else. No miracles, no resurrection, nothing.

He called Lazarus forth from the dead. "Then Jesus said, 'Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?' So they took away the stone . . . Jesus said in a loud voice, 'Lazarus, come out!' The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face." (John 11:40, 43)
He forgave sins. (Matthew 9:4-7) "Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said,'Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts? Which is easier: to say, ' Your sins are forgiven' or to say, 'Get up and walk'? But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins . . . ' Then he said to the paralytic, 'Get up, take your mat and go home.' And the man got up and went home."

Any miracle Jesus performed was by his Father's holy spirit.
Jesus was given power and authority by his Father, Jehovah.

Since Jesus was never a deity, he didn't use it. Since he prayed to his deity, he used it.
