Are you serious?

If so, then go seek help from a professional.......a school counselor or a good friend

If not, then don't play like that.......there are a lot of people who truly feel that way, and it's just sad that some would make light of it.......

Well, actually it is good that you feel bad about thinking your not worth living. If you were not thinking that I would say go to a professional right now. But, since you have doubts about feeling this way, you can change your way of thinking.

First you need to think of all the reasons that are making you feel this way. Write them down. Then you need to make a positive comment about each one of them. Does not matter how long it takes you just do it. Everything happens for a reason, good or bad. If you think about it hard enough you will see good in anything bad that has happened to you. Even if it is something you learned from the experience. You just have to want to do it.

Don't forget to say a prayer before you start for God to strengthen you through this all.

Next after you have done that you need to realize that no one can make you do anything or think anything you do not want to think. It is up to you to make positive goals and put positive thoughts in your head. Once you start doing it it becomes a natural way and your feelings of no self worth will subside.

There are always people worse off than you no matter how bad you think it is. Remember that.

At least you can do something about it.

Good luck, always!

Well first of all appreciate what you have and be thankful for that and why do you feel so bad? I mean things can't be that bad? Was it something you did? I'm sorry but you should be happy that you are a live and healthy...Think about all the things you've been wanting to do and go do one or two to make you feel better. Watch a funny movie or take a little vacation. Hang with your friends, make a new one! Don't give up!!!

First off if you do anything to yourself God will not forgive you and you will burn in Hell for all time.Think about it. To be awake and burn forever. If you are serious about the way you feel, you need to go get help before you do something really stupid. I was always told growing up that there is noone or nothing worth dieing for and no matter just how bad you may feel that it can always be worse. Go talk to someone that will just sit and listen. It always helps.

Feeling bad inside is a very lonley place. You do need to go and see a therapist but try to find someone who is recommended. If not make sure they are UKCP registered. Look in the phone book or on the net for people in your area and ring up tonight or tomorrow. Sounds like the 'bad' part of you is very hurt and needs abit of holding. Keep strong and find some help, theres lots of people out there who want to help. x

Some say everything that exists is a valid expression of the universe. It follows, than, that if you were not worth living, you would not have come into existence. The universe, or the life-force, has a purpose for you.
