Personally if you have done this I would say stop and get a professional to finish or fix the mess you could end up frying your deck or something vital that could end up costing way more then to get a tech to fix this screw up. I don't mean to sound harsh but I have done this in the past and it screwed up my whole electrical.

It is always recommended to buy a wiring harness adapter for the stereo you are trying to install, but since you have already cut the harness go to http://www.installdr.com for help

i would suggest going to a parts store and buying a haynes repair manual it has a wiring diagram in the back the tells you what the colors of the wires are and what they go to. my husband works on fords a lot and has done a lot of electrical repairs using the haynes repair manual.
