It will possibly ruin your friendship and if you are dating someone you should not even be considering it. If you do there will be conseqences. I suggest that you don't do it, it's not worth loosing a friendship over.

If you're really one of her best friends, and it sounds like you are, don't let her make this mistake. You are aware that it will forever alter the friendship--and I suggest you tell her so. In addition, you have a girlfriend that is counting on you to do the right thing. Stick to your guns--she'll understand and will probably thank you later. She sounds like she's lonely...maybe you could set her up with someone else to spend time with. Lots of Luck

Tell her that she's just feeling that way because she just broke up with her boyfriend badly, and if you two go through with this it'll hurt the relationship you have with your girlfriend and it might also make your relationship with each other awkward. Don't do it, just help her get through it, let her cry on your shoulder, be considerate of her feelings, hang out with her a bit so she doesn't feel sad/lonely and so on....

Well if you have a g/f, why are you asking. If you really have to ask, then you must want to. Dump your girlfriend and do it, but just remember, your friendship will never be the same, so if you are willing to jeopardize it for meaningless sex, go for it.

If you already have a steady relationship, the answer should be obvious.

dontd do it! she is looking for rebound sex and you feel safe to her cuz your a good friend. think of the consequences, she might realize what she did was wrong and blame you for not being such a good friend cuz you went along with it (example: "a REAL friend would have known i was depressed and would not have taken advantage of me")

I don't really see a question here, but if you are asking if you should sleep with her the answer is no.
