Stupid question, but anyway....
It's getting colder out, and for some reason the only thing I ever want to eat is soup, salad, or sandwiches. If I keep doing this, would it be considered "unhealthy"? It actually is "healthier" than my normal diet of taco bell, lol...right?

It's not a bad diet as long as you have a variety of food groups included in your diet. Keep up the water intake as well.

Taco Bell is alright once in awhile but not everyday, even though I LOVE their food there. :)

It really depends on what kind of soups, salads, and sandwiches you're eating. For example, "white" soups like cream of anything are the worst for you, soups with beef stock are a little better, and soups with chicken stock are better than that. In terms of sandwiches, you can do well if you grab the Healthy Choice deli meats -- they're lower in sodium and saturated fat than the others. Finally, salads with an olive-oil base dressing are best for you, and you should avoid any creamy dressings like ranch, blue cheese, etc. P.S.: ANYTHING is better than Taco Bell -- that has to be some of the worst stuff on the planet for you.

As long as you have a mixed up variety and you are getting your vitamins and nutrients daily then of course it's fine... and actually it's really good to eat salads because your keeping all the fruits or veggies raw so your getting what you need.... unlike the stuff they are serving you at taco bell....
So yea sandwiches, soups and salads definitely healthier

very healthy. replace the white bread in the sandwiches with brown, whole-meal bread.
also, have milk regularly for the calcium.

As long as you get the main food groups your good.

whole grains, low fat dairy, chicken, fruits, veggies, water.

Take a multivitamin if you don't think you are getting enough vitamins from your food.
