Bush is doing this to have the american people proud of him for trying to fix "the immigration problem". The fence in his eyes is to help prevent more people from crossing illegally to the US and keep the population down. The thing that makes me laugh is that California's Gov. was an immigrant before he got here and now he's all Bush fan about the immigration problem in Ca. Also it's because people are narrow minded and if all the Mexicans left the Us then the American people would have to do all the dirty work that they don't want to be doing now. VIVA!

The Government Will Build The Border Fence
Because The MAJORITY Of US Citizens
Are DEMANDING That It Be Built

It's THAT SIMPLE

The US Government Is A Government
OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, And FOR THE PEOPLE

They Work For WE THE PEOPLE
And If They Do NOT Fulfill The DEMANDS Of WE THE PEOPLE
They Are Out Of A Job

The Demands Of The Majority Of US Citizens On This Issue ?

DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS
Ands Their ILLEGAL ALIEN ANCHOR BABIES
Upon Discovery

BUILD A WALL (Fence) At The US / Mexico Border

NO FEDERAL FUNDING (Social Services) For Non - Citizens
This Includes, But Is Not Limited To
Health, Education, And Welfare Benefits

NO JOBS For ILLEGAL ALIENS

NO HOUSING (Rental Or Otherwise) For ILLEGAL ALIENS

Get Ready To VOTE In The Upcoming Election

Because the whole situation has gotten out of control. If people from Mexico want to live here they should do it legally. We are not against those who want to come here to have a better life for their family we just want them to do it the right way. Many people from many different countries call the US home now and they did all the hard work that was involved with becoming a citizen, and continue to work hard to support their families. Most illegals come here,no skills, and leach off the system that us Americans built to take care of us, Illegals come here, don't pay taxes but, don't feel bad when they take the welfare and the food stamps, most just take and don't give back. Where I live most illegals look down on Americans and I can't for the life of me figure out why they want to be here if they don't want to be a citizen and they don't even like us, so why come. I really think those who sneak in either have something to hide or just come here for the freebies. They should of built that wall about 10 years ago, we wouldnt have the big problem that we have now to deal with

MANY people choose the United States for a better life. The key point is that there is a LEGAL way to make the choice and an ILLEGAL way. The fence is part of a program to prevent ILLEGAL immigration.

On the whole, I support anyone who genuinely wants to move to the United States, work, contribute to our society and eventually become a citizen. I just ask that they do so by legal means.

In all reality the fence will not keep people from entering illegally. The best way it will help is to keep vehicles from coming across with their illicit cargo of humans and drugs and even weapons of mass destruction. It will eliminate the crossing of livestock into this country which might hurt the "tick rider" position.

Why a fence? To keep illegal immigrants from coming here and using our welfare and Social Security systems without paying in to them. Most illegals are hard workers and don't make waves, but there is always that 10%, that's now a whopping 8-10 million,(or their U.S. born children), on U.S. welfare of some sort)

Enough is enough

Ok, there's 110, excuse me, now 105 million people still living in Mexico, how many MORE do you think should move to the US?
On one hand, you can't blame people for wanting a better life. On the other hand, do you like the idea of mobile meth labs on the freeway? 'Safe' houses on your block with 50 illegal aliens living in them? There's a fair amount of crime in the southern states, read the news s'more...and a lot of it is related to Mexico.
Having the US/Mexico border fence will hopefully help restore some of the 'good neighbor' relations we enjoyed with Mexico for many years...keep law and order, encourage lawful commerce, prevent a lot of smuggling of drugs and people, good fences DO make good neighbors...

The government wants immigrants to come through the proper channels. It is dangerous for our country to have people crossing our border with no oversight, with no control over who gets in and gets out. The fence is meant to reduce that problem. It is not meant to keep anyone out permanently, just to encourage them to join our country the right, LEGAL way.

(Whether or not the fence will have any success meeting these goals is another matter :))

Because the American people do not want you here, comprende?

This is our country not yours, you have no rights to live here. Go home and fix your own country.

Stop the immigrants from stealing your jobs in Mexico
but don't stay here.

Shouldn't have flown those Mexican flags.
Yankeescowboysooners: I love you!

Latoya: ***** look at the post you made about white people? You are the racist but your monkey brain won't let you comprehend that.
