I don't know how costly it is to talk to an online doctor, but here's a link to such service (below).

As for the soap...anybody who eats non-nutritive and non-food substances has a case of pica--which is simply eating such things like paper, wood, soap, etc. I would be afraid of toxins accumulating in this person if they eat it too much but I doubt a little bit will cause anything more than an upset stomach or something mild.

diarehha big time, and if its too much soap, look on the back of the label and see if it says to contact poisen controle if swallowed, if it does contact poisen controle
