Sylvia Browne (famous psychic) has a CD called Astral Projection Techniques. She is the real deal, and knows what she's talking about. I've read many of her books, but I don't have this CD-would love to have it! You can find it on ebay.

You can't. Nobody can astral project. It is all bunk.
However, there are a lot of websites out there that can make you think you can. There are many ways to get your brain to play tricks on you.

Imagine that your conciousness is located in your left foot. Now imagine that it has migrated from your left foot down to your big toe. Now imagine it migrating out of you toe, crossing the floor and then sliding up the wall in front of you and ending up in the upper corner of the room. Guess what, you're still having an in-body experience. Get it?

Mudroch's book is best. You cant suddenly start OBE by some exercise.
Most who do OBE have this capability from childhood...however Yoga and meditation (particularly Vipassana Meditation of Buddhists).. makes OBE stronger and wilful
if you are just doing it for fun..then Mudroch has some experiments read them
