I have lost vision in one eye (Left) when I was one year old due to an accident. My second eye (Right) is healthy.
At this moment Black part of my left eye (Cornea) becomes white. Is there any surgery or any other way to make this eye as normal eye (at- least by look)…
Well i have very exiciting this on Internet (http://www.allartificialeyes.com/artservices.html)--> Custom Acrylic Prosthetic Eyes
Any idea wheter this type surgery is possible in India

You need to see a eye surgeon in some big city. If other parts are still in tact then you can get full eye transplant.

The above will actually restore your eye sight.

You should be definitely able to get cosmetic eyes to match, your good eye relatively cheap but still you will need to see a doctor to carefully replace your non use full eye with a glass eye or a ceramic one.

If you are in India try Bombay, New Delhi (other big cities near you).

Check every thing out, do not Rush, to get the eye remove for cosmetic reason alone, advances are made day to day.

In the mean time you may be able to get non working contact cover, to match your good eyes.

Again see a good eye specialist.
