I think next time he puts his arm around you, you should look at him and tell him that you only let people get that close if they are interested in more than just being friends and see what he says.

Why do you ask questions to which you already know the answer? Of course he does. Unless, of course, he does that with all of his friends who are girls. In which case he is probably just extremely flirtateous

He probably does like you. Advice: don't say/ask things that prompt him to admit to liking you. Don't play mind games. Straight up ask him. Or better yet, if you like him, tell him.
