Last night, I was in my room, and heard a big crash downstairs. My brother drove through the garage doors! He turned off his lights as he sped in the driveway (he was afraid someone he had antagonized -road rage - was chasing him home) so he wouldn't be seen. My father came home and was furious. My brother won't tell him what happened and blamed it on "faulty" brakes. Now my poor father is wasting his time and money bringing my brother's car to get the brakes checked out. What should I do?

I think you should tell your Father what happened. It will be a huge expense for him-your brother should help pay for the damages. He also shouldn't get away with telling such a lie.
His dangerous driving habits could get him or someone else seriously hurt.
Good Luck

Tell your Dad what happened last night. That's all you can really do. He might find out anyway when the mechanic tells him there's nothing wrong with the brakes.....

Nothing. Stay out of it. You should just tell your brother that he should tell the truth. The worst that could happen is he'll get grounded. Nothing so terrible.
