Only AD military may rent a car under the age of 21, but again, the prices are considerably higher.

There are a few branches, but you have to call around and ask. You will probably have to also pay a crazy amount in extra insurance because you aren't 21. If it is for business, then your company should be able to rent you a car in the company's name and have you pick it up.

No company that I am aware of will rent to someone less than 21 years old.

If you have a credit/debit car you can rent a Zip/Flex car. You can pick them up at certain places i.e metros. It cost about 8.50/hr. or like 60 something dollars for a day. It provides insurance and gas and no mileage. Just look it up on the net.

not a 19 year old but a 21 year old yes. and they do check out your credit and do a complete check. on the driver..
