I am having a hard time coming up with anything 'seasonal' for a kids Christmas party that is low-in-fat, as not too sure what you would consider 'seasonal' - but it makes me think of Turkey. So how about making your favorite meatball recipe, substitute ground turkey for ground beef, and add a sweet and sour sauce or plain tomato sauce? Or stuff them into whole wheat pita-pockets warmed up, then chop up cucumber and add a dollop of plain low-fat yogurt. You could also make a low-fat pizza with ground turkey on a wheat crust using low-fat cheese and fresh veggies instead of the regular stuff. Like I said, not sure if any of this is 'seasonal' but they are kids, and I am sure they are more interested in eating something that appeals to their taste buds rather than something that goes with the holiday.

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

Take a kid, fry in sunflower oil not vegetable oil, cover with lettuce and celery and tomatoes and you should have a great low fat meal
Be careful with this one as cooking kids is frowned upon in most western society, but I admire you for asking

Sesame Chicken Strips.
Take chicken fillet, cut into strips, dip in beaten egg then dip in sesame seeds.
Place on baking tray that has been sprayed with Spray Lite and cook for about 25 mins, my kids love them and they are so much better than nuggets...which I have never bought since I watched Jamie Oliver!!

At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout all of those other day, focus on water instead of juice or soda
