My little girl doesn't have one. She's in 1st grade. Both of her older brothers had to wait until 3rd grade to get a TV for their rooms, so she does too. Meanwhile, she uses the one in the family room, but at least we can moniter everything she watches.

I do have a TV it came with my new husband lol I've been without a TV in the past and to be honest I got more things done, although now I spend too much time on the internet. I read more and thought things through more.
Sometimes I hate the TV on now it is very distracting, so loud and such a lot of rubbish on.
For those who think they could not do without a TV I suggest try it.

I don't have a TV.
Main reason is space...I live away from home and with my computer, decks and production gear...there's no room left for a telly. There's a spare one at home...but it's an old 28". Nice tv but too big...
Secondly...most prgramming these days is rubbish. There is very little I like on TV...and what I do like can ormally be found on the internet..

I do not have a single tv..
This requires some explination though..
All of my displays in my house are LCD Monitors. Not a single one has a TV Tuner. I do not require one as all of my cable boxes provide non tuner based output, and/or they are hooked up to HTPCs.. :)

No TV, cos my pc is enuf entertainment, not much time to spend indeed, besides i need to get a liscence...too much hassle

My brother hasn't - but gets pestered to death from the licencing authorities (England)
He would rather listen to the radio.

The Amish and Mennonites don't due their religion. I'm sure there are plenty more religions that don't have T.V.'s
