I wouldn't think there is a word for someone who dislikes another for whatever reason; even being fat. One person mentioned a phobia - good answer; didn't know you could have a fear of fat people. Maybe that's why your friend does not like fat people - he could be afraid of being squashed by them if he was next to them on a plane and the plane crashed. Mal could also just have an irrational reason for disliking fat people and doesn't even know why. Maybe a fat person sat on him when he was a kid....oh, he's still a kid...sorry... :)

complicated n it reminds them of someone in their family that was fat or he was fat n he lost weight that might b also a reason but theres no name for this ppl
