What your really asking is if God allows some evil to happen to some people and then delivers other people from evil.

The fact is that we live in a fallen and sinful world where evil happens all the time. God has given us a freedom to choose Him or choose evil actions and yet He is sovereign above everything. Nothing escapes His gaze...His perfect plan.

A relationship with Jesus Christ hand-delivers us from eternal punishment...and that is an act of God on us...we couldn't save ourselves. But salvation is completely different than other everyday choices.

I don't think that I fully understand how it all works myself but I do know Scripture supports both man's freedom to choose evil or God but also God's complete control of everything.

it's entirely possible. Of course, with this free will thing and all they have to actually want to be delivered from evil. I don't believe God will randomly deliver those from evil if they don't want to be delivered.

In most cases... I don't think even He could afford the postage any other way, but that way.

So yes, I suppose He does?

LOL Not that I've seen. But if I had, I wouldn't be an atheist, now would I? If god exists, he is evil.

No. I believe he gives you the means by which to get yourself out. If you do not realize you have the tools or misuse the tools then you have done yourself a disservice, not God.
