inshalla is short for in sha'a allah.. which literally means if God wants..
Muslims in particular and Arabs in general, even Christian Arabs, use it when answering to a question posed on them...
Instead of saying yes or yeah sure to a question like "are you going to the football game?", they would say inshalla, which means if God wants me to go there and if he allows me to go there

Inshallah means God Willing. Muslims say this before they say they want to do something or decide to do something, eg. someone might say "i want to go to so on so's house, or we shall meet again INSHALLAH" They usually say this because you don't know what future has instore for you as u can never be 100% sure about anything. don't want to go into too much but i think u get the gist
