Should see results in 6-8 weeks, maybe sooner and that sounds like a great workout. just don't over do it if your are just starting out. work up to it to avoid injury....1-2 pounds a week is what you should lose to do healthily and keep it off....Good luck

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well. With that combined with your treadmilling, you'll easily see visual results in a month's time.

I think you are going to try and do too much and probably quit. Change your diet and just start walking on the treadmill for the first month 3 or 4 days per week. Every day is ok but life is going to get in the way.
Focus on eating right first and add more exercise as your body can cope with it.

Set up goals for yourself. Sometimes it helps to join weight watchers or some program where you can make friends and lose weight together. (that way there is a support system even if you only want to lose a few pounds) I joined the Y and got a personal trainer to help me set up a workout rountine. That helped me out alot. My eatting habits were harder to change but start off replacing one thing with something diet or healthier. My problem was soda. I couldnt just switch over to water, so I switched to diet soda and then to flavored water and now I drink water. I started to see results in a few weeks.

i played college football 2 yrs. ago and during the summer i would jus sit around and b lazy... and when i got bac to school and in the training program it took about 6-8 weeks to start losing tha flab from summer and getting bac in shape.
well good luck wit everything and if you dont c the results by then dont worry... .the major thing is gettin healthy and that is wat u r doing.... and once u r healthy and get tha metabolism running faster it will burn ur calories faster and thats when u will begin to lose to pounds..... so all and all it depends on how quick u can get that metabolism jump started..... c all football players arent dumb!!!

Friuts and vegetables. Lean meats. High fiber food. Light dairy foods. Portion control. Cut back on desserts. The key is healthy choices. Walking or moving in general burns calories. I follow Men's Health Magazine. It is realistic. There is a Woman's Health Mag. I have lost 40 pounds in a year and a half and am maintaining now. Hopefully, when you start seeing results you will actually become addicted to being healthy.

Ditch the animal merchandise. they are fattening and terrible for the physique. consume plant located complete ingredients. Be energetic. undertaking 30-60 minutes 4-5x a week. shop hydrated. And wait and spot! What helped me drop some pounds became as quickly as having an all liquid weight alleviation plan till time for dinner. And no I wasn't ravenous myself. i became as quickly as having a great number of smoothies(no dairy in it). whilst it became as quickly as supper time, I had a low sodium plant based meal. via making use of the tip of the day i became as quickly as eating approximately 2,2 hundred capability in spite of the incontrovertible fact that lost a stable quantity of weight. that's powerful at what uncooked nutrients do!
