Massage your temples or the back of your neck. Close your eyes and roll your neck around. Also try a wet washcloth or paper towel on your forehead. It won't make the pain go away, but it will relieve some tension. You could also put some smelly lotion under your nose so you breathe that and be distracted from the pain.

that's sucks. Sounds like a migraine to me! The lights and sounds from where you work I'm sure aren't helping matters much. One quick fix that may temporarily help your pain is to pinch the top of the bridge of your nose pretty tight. Doing this restricts those blood vessels that flow to that part of your head. It sort of numbs it. I hope this helps a little bit! I'm sorry! I've been there before!

Try massaging the webbing between your thumb and forefinger. It's an asian technique that someone used on me once at work and it worked! I have tried it myself since then and I've found that it helps. A cup of coffee or a piece of fruit can help too.

I don't know what to tell you if you're at work but when you get home if you still have it make your throw up until your stomach is empty if you can, drink some water, eat a few crackers and go to bed.

Find a co-worker who has a few minutes to spare and have sex with them. It really does work,I am going to assume that you have higher morals than that, and suggest that you find another solution along the same lines.Hope you get rid of it.
