the university of missouri-columbia, has a vet school and a clinic there...their prices are very low...they might be willing to work on your dog as a public service...call them..you have nothing to lose !! good luck with your dog..i hope you can find help for him soon !!!

These are all good suggestions. Talk to ASPCA, Humane Society, and UMColumbia. If all else fails, call Rolla Animal Hospital at (573)341-2221 and/or Rolla Friends of Animals at (573)364-2428 and ask if they can help you. They try to help all if they can. They are also reachable at : Good luck to you!

Have you tried calling your local vet? Maybe you could offer to work a few hours in exchange for his/her services for your dog. Most vets are in it because they love animals, not for the money.

It never hurts to ask.
