You need to eat somewhere between 1200 to 2000 calories.

200 calories is only two granola bars and that is ridiculously unhealthy. EAT

Yes, you will lose weight which includes fat and muscle tissue. Over eating and eating the wrong foods are not the only factors which cause weight gain. The lack of physical activities is really what gets you over weight. I recommend a diet which includes low fats and low sugar; I didnt say no fat and no sugars. Also you must exercise atleast 1 hour per day on a treadmill or bike. Exercise boosts your metabolism so you will be burning calories faster even when you are not exercising. Now when you have lost the fat you want to lose you will be able to enjoy your favorite foods again and not gain weight because you will have developed an exercise program fallowed up by a faster metabolism which means double the calories being burned. My advice is to eat atleast 1500 calories a day. Make sure you get protein in your diet ( atleast 1/2 gram per body pound). If you do not take in protein you will lose your muscle along with your fat and your body will look like a loose bag of bones. Cicken and fish are good, low fat sources of protein. Eat lots of leafy greens, brocoli, mushrooms, avocados, onions, tomatos, and fruits such as, barries, apples, bannanas, pineapple, grapefruits, cantalopes. No more ranch, bluecheese, or mayonaise can be used, just get used to the wholesome flavors in natural foods without adding all that fat. No cakes, white bread, fried foods, red meat, whole milk (no fat milk only), caramel lattes from star bucks(650 calories), and try to avoid eating out as much as possible.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

When you retstrict your calories like that your body thinks its starving and will slow your metabolism greatly to compensate. You'll just get really tired and when you eat a little bit more, your body will snap it and store it as fat because it's in "low cal. fat store mode" or Survival mode. Eat. 6 times a day. Take a little time to learn portion conrtol and soon you'll be energetic and your body will be burning like a furnace. (Body heat= metabolism by the way)
