I want to do the master cleanse diet and I want to start today. I know I can buy it online but is there a physical store in this area?

Go to a "natural food" market or organic market. Here in Phoenix we have several stores that carry Grade B - Sprouts, Farmer Jack's, Trader Joe's ... hope that helped. Good luck on the cleanse. My boss (He's a doc) and I go on it once every six months or so. our experience is the more cayenne, the better!
