Canada has10 provinces. and 3 territories. Not states. The capital of Canada is Ottawa which is located in the province of Ontario.
Get a map of north America.

I doubt this is a serious question. Every one knows that they have provinces in Canada not states!
This person is trying to get Canadians mad, or this person is really a dumb person. Or maybe there just like ... 8 or something.
Anyways the capital is Ottawa, and there are 10 provinces, and 3 territories, but there isn't much in the territories.
