My friend got a ticket on a red route in London. Basically his machine was broken and wouldn't print out and he tried to put it through as a spoilt ticket but he didn't seem entirely sure if it would go through or not - think he wanted to let her off but wasn't sure how to cancel that as he'd already put it through. If she contests it, on the premise that she did not receive a ticket is she able to be let off?

It's my understanding that you have to be given the ticket at the time of the offense - either handed to you or attached to your car. If this doesn't happen, you cannot be sent one in the post - it is invalid according to the law. I have a friend who has used this defense a number of times and it has always worked.

Who places a cost ticket on their seat. Do you think of the wardens look on seats for the tickets. they're called pay and demonstrate meaning you need to demonstrate the fee ticket so the warden can see you have a cost ticket no longer go away it on a seat. by no skill ever heard this one until now popular drivers place tickets on the demonstrate screen or on the sprint so the fee ticket can of course be considered and study. On a seat ought to the warden study the print? it is going to likely be extra desirable so which you could pay up if no longer the fantastic is going up and in courtroom you will possibly lose this one. i might forget with regard to the advice from stromboli the magician he of course has no integrity. yet while your honesty is in basic terms properly worth £25 take it to courtroom and tell a %. of lies undergo in concepts in courtroom you're on oath. i'm specific you're properly worth way extra desirable than £25? properly the BNP i.e inner maximum feels you need to be cheating for £25 thats approximately good for BNP supporters?

I think she has a good chance. The worst that could happen is that she'll be ordered to pay the fine.
