lean a nail against each tire... when they drive off they will force the nail into the tire

Cut the valve stem coming out of the wheel. It will cut easily and won't cost the owner too much money to repair just except time and effort. If you want to be really mean take a very sharp knife and stick it though the side wall of the tire that way they would need to buy four new tires. Keep in mind this will be a noisy thing to do. "Revenge is a dish best served cold." Some people just deserve it.

Find the valve stem of the tire, take the cap off and press down on the little metal stem, it lets the air escape, you will hear it

About half of the time a tubeless tyre can't be fitted with a tube but some can so go into a dealer or check the serial on the tyre to see if yours can have a tube fitted

I'm not going to tell you because it's not only illegal but can be a dangerous inconvenience. What if the car owner had to get their kid to the hospital. Someone did that to my Mom's car and I had to drive 30 miles at 11:00 at night into a dangerous neighborhood to get her.
I know "pay back's a b*tch", but there has to be a better way.

HOW BAD DO YOU HATE THIS PERSON? NOT TOO MUCH- LET THE AIR OUT OF THE STEM. KINDA- PUT A BOARD WITH NAILS UP BEHIND REAR TIRE REALLY HATE THEM-STICK A KNIFE IN THE SIDEWALL THEY HAVE TO REPLACE THE TIRE.ALL THE OTHER ONES THEY CAN FIX EASILY
