Corporations. Which donate large amounts of campaign cash to Bush and his politicos. They make decisions that bring them the most profit. So Bush and his inner circle are actually benefiting from Bush's reluctance to send away the illegals. Surprise, surprise.

Large Corporations who do not have to pay full wages to the illegals. Also helps to drive wages down for "future jobs" that Americans might get down the road. Take the meat packing plants for example. Once paid great wages, many jobs held were paid $14 to $16 per hour. Once the illegals started moving into these plants, it drove the wages down to about $6/hour. What American laborer, do you know of, who can earn a decent living on those types of wages? And pay their taxes too?
Also, when large corporations hire illegals, they do not have to pay taxes on them. Not even Social Security (which the business owner must match).

Big Business.
It's like the "House That Jack Built" story.
The Mafia now calls itself big business, pays off the politicians to pass laws to allow cheap labor for them to work dirt cheap.
Then big business pays off law enforcement and judges for them to look the other way when enforcing the laws that pertain to illegal aliens. and to throw the book at Americans.
Then the corrupt politicians have their bribes and expensive vacations and perks and promises of future job opportunities and are corruptly happy.
And big business has all the cheap labor at the taxpayers expense!
While the cheap labor work for big business with one stolen ID'S they collect WELFARE with another stolen ID!
And the TAXPAYERS pick up the cost and get kicked in the teeth if they say anything about it!
END OF STORY!
