No. God is always situated in perfect happiness, which is transcendental to the sufferings and enjoyments in this world.
Our sufferings cannot affect Him since He is perfect and complete. But because we are part and parcels of Him He is eager to reestablish us in our original position of serving Him with love in which only we can be really happy. For that purpose He appears Himself through the ages in different incarnations or sends His enlightened representatives to preach the message of God and deliver all the suffering souls in this material world.

Does God have eyes to cry? I would have to say no. God is not a single being but all life. We suffer so we may grow and learn. If you think back along your life you will see that some of the most important lessons came through suffering of others or yourself. Another way to look at this is... As a piece of God myself I have seen suffering and I have cried.

What God creates cannot suffer, but can sleep, and dream of suffering, even to the point of being convinced the dream is real. God sees no suffering, because God did not create suffering.

The Bible does not say he cries but it does say that he is saddened and hurt by it and that he will not let it continue much longer.
