billy my english spaniel has a cray leg, it twitchs all the time, is this normal?

Maybe had slight damage some time,a knock or a fall,like of a settee,you don`t say how long Billy has had the twitch?
but i am sure he will be OK given time

one of the symptoms of distemper. Has it been innoculated?
