i own a repair shop, and it may actually need a new starter on it, i have replaced a lot of starters on the Lexus cars ,and they do wear out like any other car does but if you want to take it by any auto zone store they can check it for you free of charge and tell you if its good or bad and its a free check, and they do it while its on the car so all you have to do is drive to them, from my experience with them id say its going bad ,but have them check it,and they will have a new starter to fit it also, good luck with it ,i hope this help,s.
