Whoa, you don't need to do anything extreme! If this is someone you are truly interested in then you should start with the basics... and sex appeal, removal of clothing,ect. are not actions I would deem worthy of basic.
What is something 'your's truly' is passionate about. Find a common interest. Do a little basic research. Hopefully you two have something in common- a sport, a particular team, music, live music, ect.
Does he/she love a band, a singer, a team. Could you like them too? Wear their(of the band, team, ect...) t-shirt, show your interest if you are too shy to simply walk up and start talking. Show them that you are interested with the little things, smiles, compliments, ect.
If their is chemistry there then you can find it without degrading yourself!

Keep glancing at you constantly, find any excuse to talk to you, make physical contact whenever I have a chance eg. touch your hand, your arm etc... flirt with you, try and make you laugh, be sweet, tease you constantly.

i wold try to look in to your eyes and when you see that y wold lok in a diferent direction but smile when i take my eyes off you doing this severl times you shold do the same if you like me
